Tour of California is on
This week it will be interesting to follow the Tour of California. There are many great riders, but everyone is watching Lance Armstrong of course. After the first stage (won by Mancebo) Lance is comfortably placed fifth.

Lance promised to get transparent about his drug test results after announcing his comeback into pro cycling last fall. Since then he has been tested already 17 times. All the urine and blood tests have been so far negative.
There are also some interesting training videos by Carmichael Training Systems, for example the one below is from Hawaii in January.

Wellness, fitness and performance by Gordo
Gordo Byrn has an interesting blog at his Endurance Corner: Wellness, Fitness and Performance.

However it is possible to have optimum wellness while maintaining pretty good fitness, and probably even some performance occasionally.
