It was once again time for midsummer Tour de Seurasaari, our traditional hike around a popular island in Helsinki. We have done this many times before with TPjr. I have swum around, but hiking is easier and less chilly.
Just when I was thinking there's nothing better than being out on an island in midsummer sunshine, a thick wall of seafog approached. We climbed smooth boulders to a nearby hill for great views before heading back home.
This move felt way too easy, which was exactly my purpose. Coming up next: Lavaredo Ultra Trail 120km +5850m on Friday. I already finished LUT 2014 and apparently want another dose of Dolomites. See you in Cortina!
